Flawless Occasions was founded by Ikiya Cade-Henry in 2023. With over 10 years of experience in event planning, Ikiya's passion for organizing special events led her to earn a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona University. During her time in college, she participated in notable events, including the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival and the Royal Court Luncheon for the Tournament of Roses.

 

Ikiya gained valuable hands-on experience at the Crypto.com Arena, where she assisted with events for teams and organizations such as the Kings, Lakers, X Games, Cirque du Soleil, and the MTV Video Music Awards. Additionally, she worked as an Event Manager for UCLA Conferences & Catering, successfully managing 15 national and international conferences.

 

These experiences not only strengthened her leadership skills but also taught her the flexibility and adaptability required to coordinate events of all sizes. Driven by her dedication to hard work, Ikiya established Flawless Occasions with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, focusing on trust, dependability, and outstanding customer care.
